摘　　要：农村和谐社会是构建社会主义和谐社会与建设社会主义新农村的力量契合,是整个社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。只有农村社会和谐了,才能有整个社会主义社会的和谐。社会主义新农村建设的基本要求实际上是社会主义和谐社会之科学内涵的题中应有之义。要以创建和谐农村社区为载体,以巩固和发展农村义务教育为重点,以繁荣农村文化事业为延伸,逐步推进农村和谐社会建设伟大工程的全面实现。Rural harmonious society is the combination of building a socialist harmonious society and a new socialist countryside and it is also the important part of socialist harmonious society,since the socialist society won't become harmonious one without the rural harmonious society.The basic requirement of the construction of the new socialist countryside is actually included in the scientific connotation of socialist harmonious society.Taking the construction of harmonious countryside as a carrier,concentrating on consolidation and development of rural compulsory education,further prospering rural culture,we will gradually push forward the full implementation of this great project-the construction of rural harmonious society.
