摘 要:端粒是染色体末端由重复DNA序列和相关蛋白组成的一种特殊结构,具有稳定染色体结构及完整性的功能,会随染色体复制与细胞分裂而缩短。端粒酶是一种核糖核蛋白,能以自身RNA模板合成端粒DNA,为细胞持续分裂提供遗传基础。由于端粒和端粒酶与细胞衰老、肿瘤发生等密切相关,成为研究热点。随着对端粒酶认识和研究的深入,出现了一些新的实验现象和结果,表明端粒酶除了维持端粒长度这一核心功能外,在DNA修复、促进细胞存活、抵抗细胞调亡以及促进细胞复制与转化等方面也具有值得关注的表现。Telomeres are a specialized structure in the end of chromosome which consists of the repetitive DNA sequence and binding proteins.Telomeres are essential for maintaining genomic integrity,and progressively shorten with genome replication and cell proliferation.Telomerase is a ribonucleoprotein complex responsible for the elongation of telomeres,and supplies genetic basis for cell's persistent proliferation.As close relations with aging and cancer,telomeres and telomerase were in the spotlight of research.With research going deeply,some new phenomena and results were revealed and indicated that telomerase has some new functions in DNA repair,cell survival, anti-apoptosis and cell proliferation and transformation.
