台湾社区大学办学理念及其对大陆的启示

摘　　要：台湾社区大学是以知识启蒙作为提升公民素质之策略,符合台湾当前社会改造和社区转化的需要而陆续成立的。台湾社区大学融合了各式社会资源不断成长,展现出迥异于传统大学办学形态的教育面貌。她以"知识解放"及"建立公民社会"为使命,其办学理念主要是:拓展公领域,发展民脉;重塑生活形态,引领社会价值;进行社会内在反省,培养批判思考能力;解放知识,重构经验知识;结合教育改革与社会改革,提升台湾整体文化。台湾社区大学的办学理念,对大陆发展社区学院有很多启示。The purpose of establishing Taiwan community Colleges is to improve the citizens' quality.It accords with Taiwan current social changes and community transformation.Taiwan community colleges develop smoothly by using various social resources,and take on a new look different from traditional colleges.Their mission is to enrich knowledge and establish civil society and their main ideas of running colleges are as follows: to broaden public fields,to reconstruct lifestyle,to train critical ability,to rebuild empirical knowledge,to develop Taiwan culture by combining educational and social reforms.These ideas give us enlightenment on developing community colleges in the mainland
