摘　　要：选择九个典型案例,探索和分析渤海湾水域海难事故的成因,对人为因素进行详细的分析.以其中"大舜"号海难为例,详述了事故分析过程.案例数据分析表明,加强对海员的能力训练可有效降低海难事故.This paper analyzed the cause of maritime accidents in Bohai Bay using nine typical cases,and gave a detailed investi- gation from the aspect of human elements.'Dashun'maritime accident was selected as an example to describe analysis process of accident.Data analysis shows that maritime accidents can be reduced by enhancing ability trainning for seafarers.
