摘　　要：软件过程的度量是影响软件项目管理和过程管理的关键因素,是对软件项目和软件过程进行目标管理的基础.软件过程的度量也是一个过程,需要建立过程模型指导度量过程的实施.提出了1个软件过程度量过程的SPM-IDEAL模型,定义了模型各阶段的主要活动,讨论了度量数据的分类和度量元的选取,并讨论了过程数据库在软件过程度量中的重要作用.The measurement of software process is the key factor influencing the management of software projects and processes,and it is also the basic to implement the goal management of software projects and processes.The measurement of software process is a process too,and it is crucial to establish process model to guide the implementation of measurement process.It is presented a model of software process measurement process——SPM-IDEAL model,defined the main activities in each phase of the model,discussed the classification of metric data and the choice of metric and the important role of process database in software process measurement.
