摘　　要：本文主要考虑了当公共资源中因贪污致使部分公共资源没有投入到公共开支中,并对个人生活产生一定损害的因素,从而建立了一个随机经济增长模型,分析得到税收对社会经济增长和抑制贪污的影响,并求出了最优税率.This paper mainly dioculssed the bad effect factor which make pantly common vesources not pat mito the common expense becallse of the corvuption.We setup a stochastic economic gvowth model,analyze the tax effect to social economy growth and control corruption, and then get the best rate.
