摘　　要：将公共开支与私人投资用于教育中,利用随机最优化方法,分别考虑当教育对效用不产生影响及产生影响的情形下,产出波动,外部性及私人投资比例对经济的影响,从而得出最优私人投资的结论.Introducing public expenditure and private investment for education into a stochastic economic growth model,we respectively considerate output fluctuations,externalities and private investment ratio that have an impact on the economic by using stochastic optimixation method and draw the best private inyesment ratio conclusions when education does not have an impact on the utility function and have an impact on the economic.
