摘 要:从采集自南海、南极、烟台长岛、青岛近海的沉积物样品及鱼类肠道内容物样品中分离得到海洋酵母菌并筛选目的菌株,对菌株所产粗酶的最适pH和温度、目的菌株的生理和生化特征及18S rDNA部分序列进行分析。得到8株能够产淀粉酶的海洋酵母菌,并确定菌株Ba,H,M和W1a是解脂耶罗威亚酵母(Yarrowia lipolytica),DMC是平滑假丝酵母(Candida parapsilosis),W13a,G7b和N13d是普鲁兰短梗霉(Aureobasidium pullulans)。发现解脂耶罗威亚酵母、平滑假丝酵母和普鲁兰短梗霉是可以产生淀粉酶的新的酵母菌菌种。Different samples of sediments,seawater,marine algea and marine fish in the South China Sea,the South Pole,Changdao of Yantai and the coastal areas of Qingdao were collected,respectively.Marine yeast strains from these samples were isolated.Physiological and biochemical characters of the isolates,optimum pH values and temperatures of the crude amylases produced by them were examined,and partial sequences of the 18S rDNA were also analyzed.Eight strains of amylase-producing marine yeasts were screened.Based on the physiological and biochemical characters and phylogenetic analysis of the isolates,the eight strains were found to be closely related to Yarrowia lipolytica(Strain Ba,Strain H,Strain M and Strain W1a),Candida parapsilosis(Strain DMC),Aureobasidium pullulans(Strain W13a,Strain G7b and Strain N13d),respectively.These results indicated that amylase-producing marine yeasts were considerably diverse in the marine environments.
