板坯连铸机粘结漏钢的原因分析及预防措施

摘　　要：通过对两起粘结漏钢事故的分析,认为其影响因素为钢种、钢水温度、结晶器保护渣、结晶器液面波动程度等。严格控制钢中Al2O3夹杂物的含量、控制中间包温度、避免结晶器液面波动、加强操作等措施,粘结漏钢是完全可以避免的。The reasons of sticking and breakout are analysed by two sticking and breakout.The main reasons include: steel grade,steel temperature,mold powders,the fluctuation of mold level,and so on.Sticking and breakout of slab is absolutely avoidance from controlling the content of inclusions of Al2O3,control tundish of temperature,avoidance fluctuation of mold level,strengthening practice.
