摘  要:目前,我国板坯连铸机的加渣方式大都采用手动加渣,自动加渣技术发展较慢。自动加渣技术具有降低质量缺陷、增加产量、自动化程度高等优点。比较了重力法、机械法及气动法这3种自动加渣方式的优缺点,重点介绍了国外目前应用的2种新型自动加渣器的控制系统和测量系统,探讨了我国应用自动加渣技术的必要性。At present,slag is manually in slab continuous casting in our country while automatic slag feeding technology faced some difficulties.There are many advantages of automatic feeding,such as the flaws lessed and the output increased with highly automation.Comparisons were made on automatic slag feeding by means of gravity,mechanism and gas-worked in this paper,and two new types of controlling and measuring system for automatic feeder in the foreign countries were introduced mainly and then the necessary of the application of automatic feeding technology in our nation was put forward.
