摘  要:针对济钢宽板坯连铸机生产中铸坯出现表面纵裂纹的情况,研究分析认为钢水成分和质量、浸入式水口的浸入深度、结晶器锥度和冷却强度、保护渣性能及其吸收夹杂物后成分和性能变化等是主要因素。通过采取提高钢水质量、选用合适的浸入式水口及结晶器水流量等措施,使钢板的表面裂纹得到了有效地控制,2006年钢板的退废和协议板量降至0.65%。The forming cause of longitudinal crack in wide continuous casting slab designed by VAI in No.3 steelmaking plant of Jinan Steel has been studied by analyzing the process.The main causes include composition and quality of molten steel,submerged depth of submerged entry nozzle,mould taper and cooling,the function of casting powder and it's denaturalization.The longitudinal crack on slab surface has been controlled greatly through advancing quality of molten steel,selecting appropriate submerged nozzle and mould cooling,home scrap and agreement of quantity decreased to 0.65% in 2006.
