摘　　要：随着生产规模的不断扩大及整体装备水平的提高,济钢焦化厂2006年实行"拉动式生产"管理,对炼焦车间、机动科、管制中心等相关部门制定了详细的考核管理办法,通过实行推焦大循环,拉动了各个工序的运行水平、工作质量的提高,生产系统实现了拉动式和精益生产的结合,使7座焦炉产能得到了最大释放,全年增产焦炭8.5万t,且减少了环境污染,节约了能源。With the continuous expansion of production scale,the overall rise in the level of equipment,the coking plant in 2006 pulling production practice,the coking plant emotional branch,the control centre and other relevant departments developed a detailed assessment practice methods,and through the use of coke push of a cycle,pulling the operation of the various processes,improving the quality of work,production systems and achieve a pull-type lean production,The coke oven produces energy the combination of the seven coke production can be the greatest release of the year 85,000 tons of coke production,and reduce the environmental the pollution,saving energy.
