摘  要:为了找到能从高硅含量铝土矿中脱硅的细菌,利用常规微生物筛选技术,从沈阳郊区玉米地里分离出菌株,通过形态学、生化实验,并与标准的硅酸盐细菌比较,判定2~#细菌为硅酸盐细菌。并进行了脱硅试验,使用2~#菌株对河南铝土矿进行脱硅,结果表明该硅酸盐细菌具有一定的脱硅能力。In order to obtain some strains of bacteria which may liberate silicon ores,a strain of bacteria were i- solated from vegetable field of Shenyang suburb.In comparison with mold strain of silicate bacteria,the pheno- type characteristics such as morphology,physiology and bio-chemical tests show that 2~# strain belong to silicate bacteria.In this experiment,The strain 2~# was inoculated in shaking flasks with 5% bauxite powder.To test the strain's desilicating ability,the flasks were cultured in oscillator on the conditions of 170 r/min and 30℃for 7 days.The leaching results indicate that the 2~# strain have the ability to liberate the silicon.
