摘　　要：本文通过液相色谱经优化在同一条件下测定了已知铂抗癌药物的保留值,探讨了已知铂抗癌药物的保留值与LD50(半致死量)的关系,结果除卡铂外其余铂抗癌药物的液相色谱保留值与它们的LD50(半致死量)成正相关,同时测定了一个新铂配合物的液相色谱保留值,推算了它的毒性,结果与测定值相当。This article has determined the known platinum cancer drug retention value through the liquid chro- matography after the optimization under the identical condition,Has discussed the known platinum cancer drug retention value and LD50(half lethal dose)relations,The result other platinum cancer drug liquid chromatog- raphy retention value(half lethal dose)becomes besides the Carboplatin with theirs LD50 is being connected, Simultaneously has determined a new platinum preparation liquid chromatography retention value,Projections of its toxicity Results of considerable value.
