摘　　要：ZD0473是一种新型具有空间位阻效应的铂类抗肿瘤药物,其最大特点是部分或完全克服了与顺铂的交叉耐药性,并具有一定的口服活性,目前正在欧美等地进行Ⅱ/Ⅲ期临床。本文综述了ZD0473的合成方法、体内外活性及临床研究的状况。ZD0473 is a sterically hindered platinum-based anti-tumor drug,its most valuable property is o- vercoming the resistance of cisplatin,and possess oral-activity,it's undergoing phaseⅡ/Ⅲclinical research in Europe and North-American now.This article review the synthesis-technique,activity in vitro and vivo,and clinical trail status of ZD0473.
