摘　　要：由于实行了测量过程的统计控制和闭环量值传递/溯源,计量保证方案(MAP)具有很好的发展前景。对MAP的核心一测量过程的统计控制进行了阐述和研究,初步探讨了NAP的基本原理以及测量过程的主要控制方法,t-检验和控制图。对实际测量过程的控制和MAP的实施具有一定的参考价值。Because of carrying out statistic control of the measuring process,also the transferring 'and the source-tracing of close loop value, Measurement Assurance Program(MAP)possesses wide applied foreground.The statistic control of the measuring process in MAP is introduced and studied.The basic principle and main control way,including t-test and control figure,are discussed basically.The proposed method has certain referenced value to controlling of practical measuring process and carrying out of MAP.
