0~#船用轻质柴油和船用重质燃料油对幼海胆的急性毒性

摘　　要：测定0^#船用轻质柴油和船用重质燃料油96h内对幼海胆的急性毒性效应.两种石油烃在低质量浓度时对幼海胆产生有利的刺激作用,高质量浓度时对幼海胆产生毒害作用.通过几率单位法对数据处理得出0^#船用轻质柴油和船用重质燃料油96h的LC₅₀分别为11.4 mg/L和17.5mg/L,安全质量浓度分别为0.11 mg/L,0.18 mg/L.结果表明,0^#船用轻质柴油对幼海胆的毒性大于船用重质燃料油.Acute toxicity of No.0 marine light diesel fuel and marine heavy fuel oil to young sea urchin in 96 h was measured.The results show that two oils in high concentration inhibited the development of the young sea urchin,while in low concentration did good to them.For 96 h,LC_(50) of No.0 marine light diesel fuel and marine heavy fuel oil to young sea is 11.4 mg/L and 17.5 mg/L,and safe concertration of the two oils is 0.11 mg/L and 0.18 mg/L,using the method of probability unit for data treatment based on the test results.It shows the toxicity of oils is in order of No.0 marine light diesel fuel>marine heavy fuel oil.
