摘　　要：针对目前航运业对电子海图信息和各类业务信息共享的迫切需求,提出利用ArcIMS实现电子海图的网络化.通过使用MapObjects组件对ArcIMS进行扩展,解决了ArcIMS只能绘制地图符号不能绘制海图符号的问题.结合航运业信息系统特点,通过自定义客户端方法实现一个更符合航运领域使用习惯的网络化电子海图系统.同时,阐述利用网络化电子海图系统实现业务信息共享的解决方案.Aiming at the urgent need of shipping industry in sharing electronic chart information and opera- tion information,this paper makes use of ArcIMS to implement internet electronic chart system,solves the problem that ArcIMS can't show chart symbol by expanding ArIMS through the use of MapObjects Com- ponent.And combined with the characteristics of shipping information system,this paper customizes a cli- ent that accord with shipping custom.Then,this paper also discusses how to use internet electronic chart system to achieve shipping operation information sharing.
