摘  要:从云南省低纬度、高海拔的明永冰川地区分离出8株假单胞菌菌株,对其进行形态学和生理生化特性研究表明,所有菌株均为杆状,均可在4~28℃生长,对氨苄青霉素有抗性.系统发育分析表明,从明永冰川地区得到的假单胞菌16S rRNA基因序列在系统发育树上形成了4个簇.研究结果表明,明永冰川地区假单胞菌的多样性明显高于世界上其它冰川地区.Eight strains of Pseudomonas were isolated from the lowest altitude high altitude glacier Mingyong glacier, Yunnan province. Morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics study showed that the isolates had rod - shape cell,could grow between 4 ~ 28 ℃ and had the characteristics of resistance to ampicillin. 16S rRNA genes phylogenetic analysis was performed to examined the diversity of Pseudomonas strains in this area. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the 16S rRNAs from Mingyong glacier formed four clusters on the phylogenetic tree. This research showed that the diversity of Pseudomonas strains is higher than which from the other glaciers around the world.
