摘　　要：针对新汶矿业集团翟镇煤矿煤质管理中存在的问题,提出煤质管理应从源头抓起,实施全过程煤质控制,包括健全质量保证体系、及时调整产品结构、强化管理措施的到位、加大技术投入,改进选煤工艺;并全面论述了该矿全过程煤质控制的实践过程。Based on the coal quality management problems in Zhaizhen Coal Mine,some measures were suggested,such as controlling coal quality from the source,implementing whole process control(including perfecting the system of quality assurance,adjusting product structure,strengthening management,increasing technology input,and improving coal preparation process).Finally,the whole coal quality process control practice was overall described.
