摘  要:目的探讨年龄、性别对肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的近日节律的影响。方法将96只 SD 大鼠按年龄和性别分为3组,分别检测大鼠血中肾素(Ren)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的浓度或活性。结果成年雄性组的 Ren、ACE、AngⅡ显著高于老龄雄性和雌性组。老龄雄性和雌性组间3种物质差异无显著性意义。3组大鼠的 Ren、ACE、AngⅡ均呈现典型的近日节律(P<0.05)。结论大鼠 RAS 的活性随年龄增长而降低,性别对老龄大鼠 RAS 的活性无显著影响。老龄大鼠组 Ren、ACE、AngⅡ的昼夜波动幅度较成年大鼠组减小。Objective To study the effect of age and sex on circadian rhythms of renin-angiotensin system(RAS) .Methods 96 SPRD rats were divided into three groups.The levels of renin(Ren)activity,angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)and angiotensin-converting-enzyme(ACE)in plasma or serum were respectively determined.Results The plasma or serum levels of renin,ACE,and angiotensin-Ⅱ in adult male group(D group)were significantly increased in comparison with elderly male group(M group)and elderly female group(F group).There were not significantly different between F group and M group in the levels of Ren activity,AngⅡ and ACE.The three substances presented typical circadian rhythms in three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The activity level of the renin-angiotensin system of rats decreased as the ageing increased.There was no significant effect on elderly rats for different sex.The vibration amplitude in both M group and F group were decreased,which suggested that the oscillations of plasma and serum level of renin activity,ACE and angioten- sin Ⅱ were attenuated in elderly rat group than adult rats.
