摘  要:北京地铁十号线双井站-劲松站区间为采用浅埋暗挖法施工的标准单线区间。左线在K23+370附近下穿永3楼,下穿长度12m左右,然后从16层居民楼侧下方穿过(楼房与区间结构外皮最近水平距离仅2.935m)。结合区间已施工段的沉降情况,预测出过楼房段区间隧道施工可能引起的沉降曲线,从而制定出合理的施工技术措施。The shallow tunnelling method is adopted to construct the single-track tunnels between Shuangjing station and Jinsong station on metro line 10 in Beijing. One tunnel is excavated underneath a three-storey building and in the vicinity of a sixteen-storey building. Based on the measured settlement data in the construction of the tunnel, the settlement prediction of the ground due to the tunnel construction underneath the buildings is performed, and the countermeasures are proposed in this paper.
