高酸值废油脂制备生物柴油工艺研究进展

摘　　要：综述了利用潲水油、地沟油、煎炸油等餐饮废油以及油脂加工业的油脚下脚料和脱臭物等高酸值油脂为原料制备生物柴油工艺的研究进展,包括同时酯化酯交换工艺、预酯化酯交换工艺、先酯交换后酯化工艺、先水解后酯化工艺和直接利用脂肪酸酯化工艺。Advances in technology for preparing biodiesel from high acid value waste restaurant grease or vegetable oil deodorized distillate are summarized,including esterification with transesterification simultaneity technology,pre-esterification with transesterification technology,transesterification early with esterification late technology,hydrolysis early with esterification late technology and esterification of fatty acid technology.
