摘 要:实验考察了生物活性炭工艺强化砂滤工艺的除污染效能并分析了生物活性炭工艺中微生物的特性。发现生物活性炭工艺强化了砂滤工艺对有机污染物的去除效能,有机物染物去除率可提高25%以上;随着炭层高度的增加,活性炭颗粒表面微生物的密度逐渐降低;生物活性炭上的细菌以球菌和杆菌为主。生物活性炭上菌种的分离结果表明,细菌全部为革兰氏阳性菌,其中以芽孢杆菌属数量最多。The effect of BAC process enhancing sand filter for pollutant removal and the characteristics of microorganism on BAC were conducted by continuous flowing experiments.The results showed that organic removal rate was enhanced more than 25% by adding biological activated carbon(BAC) process after sand filter.The topography of BAC observed by SEM showed that bacterial density on the GAC was reduced along water flow direction and coccus and bacilli were the main bacteria.In the experiments of separation of bacteria,all bacteria were G+ bacteria and the Bacillus was the majority.
