摘 要:以3种具有纳米晶相结构的丝光沸石为原料,采用浸渍法制备了乙醇胺(MEA)胺化反应的催化剂,并表征了催化剂的结构,考察了丝光沸石结晶度和晶粒尺寸对胺化催化反应的影响。结果表明3种丝光沸石的纳米晶相尺寸分别为5.97、5.51、6.04 nm,具有相近的比表面积,但晶相结构较为规整的催化剂表现出高的胺化选择性和较好的稳定性。在320℃、4.0MPa、W/F=200~300 g.h/mol、NH3/MEA摩尔比20的条件下,反应初期乙二胺的单程收率可达42.5%,在60 h内催化剂活性未见下降。Three H-mordenite zeolites with crystal size of 5.97,5.51,6.04 nm,respectively,were used as catalysts prepared by impregnation for amination of monoethanolamine with ammonia,and their structures were characterized.The effects of crystallinity degree and crystal size of H-mordenite zeolites on the catalytic amination were examined.The results showed that three H-mordenite zeolite samples had approximate BET surface area,but the sample with better crystal phase showed higher selection of ethylenediamine and better durability in the catalytic amination of monoethanolamine.The H-mordenite zeolite with 6.04 nm of rystal size exhibited a high initial ethylenediamine yield of 42.5% in a single pass operation under the reaction conditions of pressure 4.0 MPa,W/F=200-300 g·h/mol,and 320℃ with NH3/MEA molar ratio of 22,and the catalytic activity remained undecreased within 60 h.
