摘 要:以硫酸钛为钛源,采用非均相沉淀法制备二氧化钛包覆粉煤灰漂珠,并利用已包覆二氧化钛的粉煤灰配制外墙隔热涂料,研究了水解反应温度、pH值、反应时间和理论包覆厚度对二氧化钛包覆粉煤灰漂珠隔热性能的影响。反应温度和pH值对二氧化钛包覆粉煤灰漂珠的隔热性能影响显著;当水解温度为70℃、pH为7、反应时间6 h、理论包覆厚度为1.0μm时,二氧化钛在粉煤灰漂珠表面分布均匀,白度达60.4°,在900℃煅烧2 h二氧化钛开始由锐钛矿转变为金红石,利用其制备的隔热涂料与黑漆的温差达31℃。Fly ash floating beads coated by titania were prepared with titanous sulfate as titanium source via heterogeneous precipitation method,and the external wall heat-insulated paints were made of the coated beads.The effects of the hydrolysis reaction temperature,the pH value,the reaction time and the theoretical coated thickness on the thermal insulation properties of the coated beads were studied.Results indicated that the reaction temperature and pH value had significant influence on the thermal insulation properties of fly ash floating beads coated by titania.When the hydrolysis reaction temperature is 70℃,with pH value of 7,reaction time of 6 h,theoretical coated thickness of 1.0 μm,the titania on the surface of the fly ash floating beads is even distributed,and the whiteness can be 60.4°.After 2 hours' calcination at 900℃,titania can transform from anatase to rutile.The temperature difference between the thermal insulation coating prepared from the beads coated by titania and the black paint can reach 31℃.
