摘  要:生物质与废轮胎以不同比例组成的均匀混合物在管式固定床内共热解,考察了特性及组成差异较大的3种生物质稻壳、木屑、玉米芯对产生的共热解油性质的影响。结果表明玉米芯与废轮胎共热解液体产率最大为46.4%~47.2%;与其他2种生物质相比,稻壳与废轮胎共热解更有利于热解油热值的提高;共热解油的黏度、密度规律与生物质单独热解油规律相近;除氢含量以外,共热解油其他元素含量规律与生物质元素含量规律相近;木屑与废轮胎共热解在适当比例下更有利于提高热解油的H/C比。The properties of the oil obtained by co-pyrolyzing the mixture of three species biomass,rice husk,corn cob or saw dusk,with waste tire in tubular fixed-bed,were investigated.The results show that:①the yield of the liquid from the co-pyrolysis of corn cob with waste tire can be maximal reaching to 46.4%~47.2%;②compared to other biomasses,co-pyrolysis of corn cob with waste tire is more propitious to increase the heat value of pyrolytic oil;③the law of viscosity and density of co-pyrolytic oil is close to single-pyrolytic oil from biomass;④except for hydrogen content the law of other element contents of co-pyrolytic oil is close to the law of element of biomass;⑤compared to the co-pyrolysis of corn cob with waste tire,the co-pyrolysis of saw dusk with waste tire is more propitious to increase the co-pyrolytic oil rate of H/C.
