摘　　要：以氯乙酸为起始原料,通过氨化、酯化两步法合成了亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯。确定了酯化反应的原料、物料比、反应时间,筛选了催化剂,酯化反应以亚氨基二乙酸盐酸盐为原料,在80℃,HCl气体为催化剂条件下,反应总收率为51.6%(以氯乙酸计算),用GC-MS谱图表征了最终产物亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯,此方法生产成本较低、操作工艺简单。Iminodiacetic acid diethytl ester was obtained from chloroacetic acid as raw material by amination and esterification,the esterification was crucial reaction step.The effect factors of reactant,consumption ratio of reactants,reaction time and catalysts were investigated,the catalyst was choosed,the optimum reaction conditions are obtained:iminodiacetic acid hydrochloride as esterification reaction reactant,HCl as catalyst at 80℃,the overall yield was 51.6%(calculated by chloroacetic acid),the compound's structure was characterized by GC-MS.The preparation method is more economic than other methods.
