摘 要:以自制的Cu2O纳米方块为前驱物,室温下通过与硫化钠溶液反应并经柠檬酸钠溶液的后处理,制备出平均边长为450 nm的CuS纳米盒子。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对合成产物以及中间产物进行了分析表征,并讨论了CuS纳米盒子的形成机理。催化性能实验表明,CuS纳米盒子对催化H2O2氧化分解亚甲基蓝染料具有良好的催化活性,经240 min之后亚甲基蓝的脱色率高达94.77%,明显高于相应的块体材料。CuS nanoboxes with an average edge length of 450 nm was successfully prepared from the reaction of the prepared Cu2O nanocubes with Na2S aqueous solution followed by the treatment of sodium citrate solution at room temperature.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).A possible mechanism of the formation of CuS nanoboxes was proposed.The catalytic activity tests showed that the as-prepared CuS nanoboxes had good catalytic activity on the oxidation and decomposition of the methylene blue(MB) dye with H2O2.After 240 min of reaction,the decoloration degree of MB dye was about 94.77%,which was much higher than that of the bulk CuS.
