摘 要:以酚醛型弱酸性阳离子交换树脂为原料,首先进行离子交换,然后采用炭化-活化的方法制备了负载Ag、Cu和Ni等金属的球形活性炭材料,所得材料的孔结构和负载金属的形态分别采用低温N2吸附和X射线衍射方法进行了表征,并以噻吩-环己烷模拟溶液为考察对象、以穿透体积为考察指标,评价了材料的吸附脱硫性能。Activated carbon materials loaded with elemental Ag,Cu,and Ni with spherical morphology were synthesized by cation exchange of phenolic cation exchange resin followed by carbonization and activation.The pore structure and the loading state of the metals were characterized by N2adsorption and X-ray diffraction(XRD) method,respectively.And the performance of desulfurization of the materials was evaluated by adsorptive removal of thiophene from thiophene-cyclohexane binary solution with criterion of breakthrough sulfur capacity.The adsorption experimental results showed that the metal loaded spherical activated carbon,especially carbon loaded with Ni,had high thiophene-adsorptive capacity.
