摘 要:组合95%乙醇提取、碱性乙醇除杂、活性炭脱色、大孔吸附树脂富集纯化以及乙醇结晶的技术,建立了从枇杷叶中分离纯化熊果酸的方法。采用8倍枇杷叶量的95%乙醇,于70℃条件下提取3次,每次2 h,熊果酸的提取率高达96.6%。提取液调pH=11可去除多酚类杂质,活性炭脱色后,经大孔吸附树脂富集纯化,可获得纯度为78.2%的熊果酸,进一步采用乙醇结晶后可获得纯度为95%的熊果酸,枇杷叶中熊果酸总得率为70%。With ethanol extraction,active carbon decoloration,mocroporous resin asorption and ethanol crystallization,the techniques of separation and purification about ursolic acid from loquat leaves are established.The optimal extraction conditions,in which the extraction rate of ursolic acid can be high as 96.6%,are determined as 95% ethanol,8 multiple times of ethanol to loquat leaves,extraction temperature 70℃,extraction 2 hours each times,extraction for 3 times.After the pH value of alcohol extracting solution adjusted to 11,the polyphenols can be removed,and with active carbon decoloration and mocroporous resin asorption,the ursolic acid with purity of 78.2% can be obtained.After ethanol crystallization,the purity of ursolic acid product can reach over 95%,with a total yield of 70%.
