摘  要:建立水中3,4-二氯酚和间甲酚液下单滴微萃取高效液相色谱测定法,色谱条件为:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mmi.d.),柱温:室温,流速1 mL/min,以甲醇-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,232 nm紫外波长下检测。考察了不同萃取剂、萃取时间、萃取温度等因素对检测结果的影响。3,4-二氯酚质量浓度在0.001~30 mg/L和间甲酚质量浓度在0.006~60 mg/L呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.001 mg/L和0.006 mg/L。Direct single-drop microextraction was used to concentrate 3,4-dichlorophenol and m-cresol in water and the two phenols were determinated by high performance liquid chromatography method.A Diamonsil C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)was used for separation of the target compounds.Mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and water(the ratio of volume was 80∶20).The effect of measuring conditions on response such as different extraction solvents,extraction time,extraction temperature and so on were investigated.The 3,4dichlorophenol and m-cresol had better linear in the concentration range of 0.001~30 and 0.006~60 mg/L,and the detection limits were 0.001 and 0.006 mg/L respectively.
