多换能器高效超声反应器污水处理特性研究

摘  要:在1套自主研发的夹套结构连续式平行正交多频声化学反应装置中对氯苯溶液进行超声波辐射,并每隔30 min取样,用紫外-可见分光光度计测定其中氯苯的含量,然后计算反应液中对氯苯的降解率。相同功率、频率条件下(功率为90 W,频率为60 kHz),对同一氯苯溶液(初始质量浓度为50 mg/L)进行超声降解,辐射时间为120 min,夹套结构连续式平行正交多频声化学反应装置中氯苯的降解率为13.3%,高于清洗槽式声化学反应装置的降解率9.6%。对声强为8.13 W/cm2和4.06 W/cm2的两束超声波进行比较,发现相同功率、频率条件下,后者对氯苯的降解率比前者高19.56%。正交辐射下,氯苯的降解率比两单频辐射的降解率之和提高10%~11%,相向辐射下,氯苯的降解率和两单频辐射的降解率之和相当。The solution of chlorobenzene was irradiated by ultrasound in a parallel or orthorhombic multi-frequency jacked reactor,then,some reacted solution was analyzed by UV-vis spectrophotometer every 30 min to measure the remained content of chlorobenzene in the solution,and the degradation efficiency of chlorobenzene was calculated.In the same operating frequency of 60 kHz,power dissipation of 90 W,and irradiation time of 120 min,the degradation of chlorobenzene(initial concentration is 50 mg/L) in the reactor studied in paper was 13.3% which was higher than the degradation of 9.6% in the ultrasonic bath.Comparing two beams of ultrasonic intensity of 8.13 W/cm2 and 4.06 W/cm2,it has been observed that the degradation of chlorobenzene by latter was higher 19.56% than the former.It has been found that the degradation of chlorobenzene in orthorhombic ultrasonic fields was grater about 10%~11% than that the algebraic sum of degradations of chlorobenzene in single frequency field,and the degradation in parallel fields was almost same to the sum of degradation in single frequency field.
