摘　　要：探讨了采用物理方法从电石渣中回收工业用氧化钙的过程,研究了离心分离、水力旋流分离等分离方法以及煅烧温度、煅烧时间对产品中氧化钙含量的影响。结果表明经适当处理的电石渣,在800℃煅烧4 h后得到的产品氧化钙含量可达到85%以上。A process which reclaimed calcium oxide from carbide residue by physical method is introduced.The factors affect on the content of calcium oxide are studied,which include seperation method of centrifugal and hydraulic cyclone calcining temperature,calcining time.The result show that more than 85 wt% of calcium oxide can be obtained after the proper treatment under the condition of calcining temperature of 800℃for 4 hours.
