摘  要:通过大量筛选试验,优选出了高活性的固体碱催化剂X/Y/MgO/γ-Al2O3(Ⅰ),并对其制备条件和再生进行了优化和研究。同时以贵州产麻疯树籽油为原料,用上述催化剂通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油,进行了100 L反应釜中试放大。初步探索了酯交换反应制备生物柴油的中试工艺条件,得到中试的最佳工艺条件:催化剂加入量为麻疯树籽油质量的1%、醇油摩尔比10∶1、反应温度63~68℃、反应时间3 h。中试产品中甲酯的含量和收率均达96.50%以上,各项指标均达到欧洲标准EN 14214。The catalyst X/Y/MgO/γ-Al2O3(Ⅰ) with higher catalytic activity had been screened out,and its preparation conditions and regeneration had been optimized and studied.The biodiesel was prepared through transesterification reaction with the catalyst(Ⅰ) usingJatropha curcas L.seed oil produced in Guizhou,and had amplification of a 100 L pilot reactor.The best technological conditions of the pilot by primary study were following:amount of catalyst 1 wt% ofJatropha curcas L.seed oil,the alcohol/oil molar ratio of 10,reaction temperature of 63~68℃and reaction time of 3 h.The various indexs of the pilot products in which both the yield and content of methyl ester exceeded 96.50% reached European standards EN14214.
