摘 要:提出以环氧乙烷和正丁醇为原料,应用催化精馏技术合成乙二醇正丁醚(EGMBE)的新工艺。对中试规模的催化精馏塔进行了模拟计算研究,模拟采用非平衡级模型,重点考察了不同催化规整填料、关键操作参数对原料转化率和目的产物选择性的影响,并找出优化的操作条件。研究表明,采用催化精馏法合成EGMBE具有设备投资费用省、能耗低等优点,目标产物的收率可达95%以上,远远优于传统工艺。A pilot-scale catalytic distillation(CD) column was built for the synthesis of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether(EGMBE) from ethylene oxide(EO) and n-butanol.The main focus of the present study was to predict and analyze the steady state performance of the CD column using a rate-based model with the simulation package Aspen plus.A comparison of three different catalytic packings was performed to investigate the effect of packing characteristics on EO conversion and selectivity toward EGMBE.The influences of the key operating parameters and reaction heat were investigated.The simulation results obtained indicated the potential advantages of using CD for synthesizing EGMBE with a selectivity of 95% toward the desired product EGMBE,which was no possible by traditional approaches.
