摘  要:基于某电厂塔设备吸收锅炉烟道气中CO2脱除效率低的现状,开发了一种从烟道气中回收CO2的新技术,采用在N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)水溶液中加入少量烯胺三乙烯四胺(TETA)组成的复合溶液,在旋转填料床中强化吸收烟气中CO2。中试主要考察了吸收液不同浓度、进口液相温度、液相流量、旋转填料床转速等因素对脱除效率的影响。中试结果表明,在MDEA中加入少量烯胺TETA,可以显著提高CO2吸收速率和吸收容量,增强传质效果,且在适宜的操作条件下,单级烟道气CO2脱除效率可达到85.81%,比该厂塔设备处理烟道气CO2脱除效率高25%。A new intensified transferring technique of reclaim carbon dioxide from flue gas,is developed instead of the traditional absorption method with very low rate of carbon dioxide elimination used in some power plant.The new intensified transferring technique used an aqueous absorbent consisting of MDEA + TETA to absorb CO2 from flue gas in a rotating packed bed.The experiments are conducted to examine how various operating variables,including the compound absorbent concentration,absorbent temperature,absorbent flux,rotating speed,affect on the CO2 removal efficiency.Pilot test results indicate that the absorption rate and capacity of CO2 can be remarkably enhanced by the system of TETA and MDEA,and the removal efficiency of carbon dioxide from flue gas could reach 85.81% under proper conditions,which is about 25% higher than that of the traditional absorption method.
