摘　　要：大学生就业能力是一种与职业相关的综合能力。伴随现代科技的突飞猛进和经济全球化,大学生就业能力相对偏低成为影响大学生求职就业的现实问题,需要高校乃至全社会高度重视,以就业为导向来深化教育教学改革,以大学生核心能力培养作为抓手,进而达到提升大学生就业能力的目的。The ability of seeking a job is an integrated ability associated with the profession.With the rapid change in modern technology and economical globalization,the comparatively low rate of university students in seeking jobs now becomes a problem in realization to which the universities and even the soci- ety need to pay more attention.When it comes to cultivating the relevant ability,the orientation of see- king jobs is necessary in helping the further education and teaching reform,promoting the essential ability of the university students.Thus,the goal of promoting their ability in seeking job will be met.
