摘  要:水平井储层损害极具特殊性。以川西裂缝性致密砂岩储层为对象,在MFC-I多功能组合损害评价仪上,开展了4组12块岩样评价实验。实验中考虑不同渗透率级别的裂缝和基块岩样,每组分顶、底、侧3个方向,测定了滤饼性能和滤饼返排恢复率参数。研究结果表明:累积滤失量、滤失速率和滤液侵入深度一般呈现出顶部和侧面较小,底部最大,而返排恢复率则是底部最小,顶部和侧面较大,损害程不均匀特征;基块岩样和裂缝岩样的返排恢复率都呈现出先增后减的态势,其大小受钻井完井液中固相颗粒粒度分布与岩样孔喉裂缝尺寸匹配关系的影响;对比基块岩样,钻井完井液对裂缝岩样损害各向异性程度更加严重。Compared with vertical wells,formation damage in horizontal wells seems to be more unique.The experimental research on formation damage caused by drilling and completion fluids of horizontal wells in porosity reservoirs is conducted.This paper is based on fractured tight sandstone reservoir in western Sichuan,and four groups(12 cores) evaluation experiment is carried on by the Multi-Function Composition Damage Assessment Instrument(MFCI).The experiment measures the parameters of filter cake properties and flow back with considering fractured cores and block cores with different permeability levels in three directions of top-bottom-side in each group.The results suggest that the cumulative filter,filtration rate and invasion depth are bigger in the bottom direction than that of side and top,while the recovery rate has an opposite characters.To the block cores and fractured cores,the recovery rate has a tendency of increasing firstly and then decreasing slowly,and the values are impacted by the matching relationship between solid particle size distribution in well drilling and completion fluids and rock pore or fracture size.Compared with block samples,the anisotropic damage in fractured samples is more serious.
