摘 要:为使一种改性胍胶能用于酸性压裂和CO2泡沫压裂,对其主要性能进行了评价。结果表明,该改性胍胶的水不溶物含量及1%基液粘度优于特级羟丙基胍胶,与一种金属化合物可在pH值2.5~5.5范围内交联而形成稳定冻胶体系,并存在最佳pH值和用量配比,其冻胶可用过硫酸铵破胶,破胶残渣质量浓度可降至180 mg/L。For a type of modified guar gum being used in acidic and CO2-foam fracturing,its main properties is evaluated in this paper.It is shown that the water-insoluble content and the apparent viscosity of the 1% modified gum are lower than those of hydroxypropyl guanidine gum,and that the jelly is formed under the condition of pH 2.5~5.5 with the optimal value of pH and matching concentration being determined when the cross-linking action occurs between the modified gum and a metalic compound,and that the jelly can be broken by ammonium persulfate and the content of water-insoluble in the viscosity-broken liquid is at the range of 180 mg/L.However,it still needs to be researched on the compatibilities of the modified gum and other additives for the fracturing-fluid system.
