摘　　要：冷战结束及经济全球化,使发展中国家发生深刻变化。新形势下中国加强与发展中国家的合作是十分必要的。中国把加强与发展中国家的关系作为外交工作的基本立足点,坚持合作的针对性和层次性,使中国与发展中国家的关系在新的历史条件下又获得了新的发展,有力推动了和谐世界建设。With the termination of the Cold War and the globalization of the economy,a lot of changes are taking place in the developing countries.In the new situation,it is necessary for China to strengthen its co-operation with the developing countries.China insists on different levels and clear purposes in the co-operation,with the development of the international relationship in the developing countries as its fundamental standpoint,which has led to a new advance in the relationship between China and its partners,and has accelerated the construction of the harmonious world greatly in the meanwhile.
