摘  要:对液态压铸、挤压铸造和半固态加工工艺性、适应性范围进行比较分析,结果表明,3种工艺均有优势,但亦有不足,而在成形难易和形状复杂性、尺寸精确性、满足对制件力学性能要求等方面,均不能同时兼顾,但却能相互补充,扬长避短。充分发挥3种工艺的潜能,为金属加工合理选用工艺、提升工艺水平提供一条可供参考的依据。A research about processing property and adaptability of die casting, squeeze casting and semi-solid processing is made in this paper. The results show that each of these three processing has its own advantages and disadvantages, and no one can meet all the desired demand including complexity, accuracy of size and mechanical property of component. However, they can supply the gap with each other. The author suggests that it will be important that using the potential of each processing enough to improve the processing level.
