摘　　要：根据铝合金电机上端盖多凸台多凹槽多孔的结构特点,特在设计中注意以下几点:为了保证压铸件在动模镶块内的包紧力大于在定模镶块内的包紧力,确定了分型面,并由此选定了压铸机;为了让金属液顺利的充满型腔,特设计侧浇道式的浇注系统和溢流排气系统。为了将压铸件顺利的推出,特将推杆位置均匀设计在深腔和包紧力大的部位,从而使设计的压铸模用于实际生产。This article according to the multi-lug boss multi-scoop channel porous these structure characters of the component,especially pays attention to following points in the design:1.In order to guarantee the tight strength in move mold inlays the block to be bigger than it in the bottom die inlays the block,we has correctly determined a mould joint and designated the die-casting machine.2.For let the molten metal smooth fill die space specially design the side running channel trial casting system and the overflow exhaust air system.3.We design the position of handspike in the deep cavity and the bigger tight strength in order to throw out the casting smoothly.So,this die-casting mould can be use to practice production.
