摘  要:初步探索了利用真空自耗电弧重熔(VAR)方法制备钒合金的工艺流程。测试了铸锭的化学成分和维氏硬度,并利用OM,XRD和SEM分析了铸态组织。结果表明:自耗电极氧化和吸气严重。铸锭内部存在孔洞。铸锭C,N,O杂质含量较高,分别达到390μg.g-1,0.23%和0.61%。合金元素Cr在中部偏析,Ti分布相对均匀,但二者都有一定的烧损。铸锭实测成分为V-3.8Cr-3.6Ti,维氏硬度达282.2。铸锭晶粒呈等轴形态,晶粒尺寸不均匀,从30~500μm不等。铸锭为典型的多相组织,钒基固溶体中分布有大量的第二相。The process flow of fabricate vanadium alloys by VAR(Vacuum Arc Remelting of consumable electrode) was explored initially.The chemistry composition and Vickers hardness of ingot were tested,and the microstructure was analyzed by OM,XRD and SEM.Results show that the oxidation and air-getting of self-consumable electrode is serious.There were many pores in the ingot.The impurity concentration of C,N,O is 390 μg·g-1,0.23% and 0.61%,respectively.The element Cr is segregated at the middle of ingot,Ti is more homogeneous,and both having melting loss at some degree.The real composition of the ingot is V-3.8Cr-3.6Ti, and its Vickers hardness is 282.8.The relatively equiaxed grain size of ingot, which is non-uniform,ranging from 30 to 500 μm.The alloy is the typically multiphase structure with lots of second phase dispersed in the vanadium solid solution.
