摘　　要：优化是投资决策重要的原则。针对国内油气田产能建设项目的特点和投资项目优化组合需求出发,以整体投资效益为尺度进行资源的最优配置和多项目群的优化选择建立了不同决策需要的优化模型系列,为投资决策提供客观的依据和科学的方法。该方法适用于油田公司油气勘探开发项目群的筛选,也适用于其它多项目优化决策。Optimization is the important principle of investment decision-making.According to the characteristic of domestic fields production rate projects and investment projects optimization cluster,the optimization models of project cluster for different decision requirement is built and the scientific evidence and method for investment decision is offered.This method is applied to projects cluster optimization of fields exploration and development,and to other multi-project decision too.
