摘 要:为探究复杂应力状态下铸钢的受力性能,对杭州国际会议中心巨型钢框架铸钢节点进行了试验研究。通过对其进行原型结构跟踪测试,得到了节点表面各测点的应力分布及测试值。利用AUTOCAD软件建立试验铸钢节点计算模型,并采用有限元软件模拟了不同受力状态下节点的弹塑性计算分析。通过比较测点实测应力值和计算分析值,两者吻合良好,由此可以推断铸钢节点内部应力分布及大小。最后对铸钢节点的受力性能和安全性做出了评价。试验和分析结果表明该铸钢节点安全可靠,具有充足的强度储备。In order to understand the mechanical behavior of cast steel under the complex stress condition,experimental study were carried on cast steel joint of Hangzhou International Conference Center.The strains of joint surfaces and the deformation of the whole cast steel joint were observed.Then,the stresses of the corresponding points can be calculated through the relationships of them.The FEM analysis model established by the AUTOCAD software is also performed to compute the stresses at the same points as the tests.Through the comparison between the calculated values and the tested values,it is shown that both of the values match well.On this condition the internal stress distribution can be deduced by the FEM results.The test and the analysis show the cast steel joint in steel frame of Hangzhou International Conference Center is safe and reliable,and it has ample strength reservation.
