摘 要:通过测定未经驯化的污泥与经过一段时间驯化的耐盐污泥在不同盐度下的OUR值来反映驯化前后污泥活性的变化。试验结果表明:对于未经驯化的活性污泥,高盐度对微生物的活性影响很大,当含盐量超过30g/L后,微生物的活性降低约70%~80%;活性污泥在含盐环境中经过驯化后,耐盐能力明显提高,适应于含盐量为35g/L的耐盐污泥在含盐量为50g/L的环境中,仍具有较高的活性;适应于某一盐度的活性污泥在含盐量增加不超过20g/L时因盐度改变而受到的抑制作用不大。Oxygen Uptake Rate(OUR) of activated sludge with and without acclimation at various salinity was measured,which could reflect the change of biological activity after the acclimation.The results showed that high salinity could inhibit the unacclimated sludge severely.When the salt concentration was higher than 30 g/L,the activity of miobiology decreased 70%~80%.The sludge could adapt to the high salt content and the activity increased after acclimation.The sludge adapted to the salt content of 35 g/L had high biological activity at the salt concentration of 50 g/L.The sludge acclimated at certain salinity still had high activity when the increase of the salt content was not more than 20 g/L.
