摘 要:将产絮凝剂微生物引入活性污泥中,研究产絮凝剂微生物强化处理生活污水的效果。进行了产絮凝剂微生物以模拟生活污水为培养基的驯化,并以COD去除率、污泥指数、活性污泥絮凝性为指标考查了产絮凝剂微生物对活性污泥处理模拟生活污水和生活污水的强化作用。结果表明,COD去除率、污泥指数和活性污泥絮凝性都得到了提高,表明产絮凝剂微生物可以通过降解和絮凝作用显著提高活性污泥对生活污水的处理效果。The bioaugmentation of flocculant-producing microbes to domestic sewage treatment was explored by introducing the microbes to activated sludge.First,the flocculant-producing microbes were domesticated with synthetic domestic sewage as culture medium.Then,the bioaugmentation of the microbes to synthetic domestic sewage and domestic sewage was studied,respectively,with the consideration of the indexes of removal rate of chemical oxygen demand,sludge index and flocculating ability of activated sludge.The results showed that removal rate of COD,sludge index and flocculating ability of activated sludge were improved,which indicated that the flocculant-producing microbes could evidently enhance the treatment effect of activated sludge to domestic sewage by degradation and flocculation.
