摘　　要：阐述了超声旋转磨削加工的基本原理及其特点,着重介绍了自行设计的超声旋转磨削加工磨头结构,并简要阐述了磨头主轴结构、振动系统以及超声电源。该磨头能简单的装配在普通机床上,配合一定的控制设备,即可进行硬脆材料的优良表面加工。This paper primarily introduces the principles and the characteristic of rotary ultrasonic grinding, and importantly details the structure of the designed rotary ultrasonic grinding head. This grinding head can be simply mounted on the general purpose machine tools, and is suitable for machining the hard brittle material with equipped some control system.
