摘　　要："大学生素质拓展计划"是由团中央、教育部、全国学联等中央有关部委联合实施的一项大学生素质教育工程。各高校为全面贯彻实施好这项涉及面极广且较为复杂的教育工程,应逐步构建起以党政工团协调联动的组织体系为基础、以基地化建设为依托、以项目化管理为手段、以制度建设为保障、充分发挥学生社团载体功能的工作模式。College students' diathesis-expanding plan is a college students' diathesis educational engineering which was put in practice by central departments such as the central leadership of the League,Ministry of Education,Countrywide Students Union.In order to carry out this educational engineering perfectly which is complex and ranges over a wide fields,we should construct the work model which can bring into full play of the function of students association,this work model should be based on the organization associated by the Party,the Polity,the Labour and the League,rely on construction of base station,resort to project management.
